"The idea for Spring Boutique was born during the 2020 Covid quarantine. My 2 girls and I dreamed of the day that shops would open back up to normal and we could open one of our own. It has been nothing but pure joy to get to know all of our precious customers and dress them for so many occasions. We celebrated 2 fabulous years of business in early March of this year & we just had our grand re-opening in our beautiful new in-store location at 109 North Spring St., Downtown Tupelo, MS, on May 16. RETURN POLICY

  • We will gladly accept your return for an exchange or store credit with tags attached AND in original condition. NO REFUNDS.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return items. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. If possible, email us at springtupelo@gmail.com with a tracking number so we know when to expect your return.
  • To return your product, you should return it to Spring Boutique in person or by mail.

  • Items must be returned within a 20-day time frame. Meaning, the item must be back in hand to us within 20 days of purchase including allotted shipping times.

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the nature of a small business, most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Once your merchandise is shipped, orders are usually received within 7 business days.
